G1417 - Long Term Transmitter

Covert listening devices are covert body wires capable of operating in a bugging room over an extended duration of time. Specifically, the Long Term Transmitter is just that: an audio surveillance transmitter capable of bugging for a long time for surveillance operations. The Long Term Transmitter can be placed in a target area hours before the surveillance conversation takes place. This is helpful when the target area is difficult to access.

Because covert listening devices operate on constant low power drain, the Long Term Transmitter conserves energy to greatly increase its surveillance operation time without having to change batteries. Normal covert listening devices and wireless audio transmitters require frequent battery replacement. Continuous active bugging time ranges from 15 to 24 hours over a good distance, enabling the user to monitor conversations from relatively far away.
